No. Treatments must be used within the month and cannot be carried over.
Yes. Members can book additional treatments at their discounted rate. IV upgrades (such as adding Vitamin C) are available at an additional cost.
Memberships are billed monthly and are on a rolling contract, so you can cancel at anytime. However, a minimum 3-month commitment is recommended for optimal results.
Yes. Memberships can be paused or cancelled with advance notice, in line with clinic policy.
No. Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the named client.
Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or vouchers unless stated.
All treatments are subject to a medical suitability assessment to ensure safety and appropriateness.
